The first version of the public contract.

• Institutions, customers, link sessions, accounts as payto:// addresses, route quotes with a digest, payment intents with legs, and events.
• Webhooks signed with the Standard Webhooks scheme, and /v1/events for replay.
• Test and live environments, with secret keys ur_test_sk_… and ur_live_sk_….
• Integrated providers: Plaid, Yapily and Enable Banking. Every other provider in the marketplace is listed.

Added the same day, without changing any existing route:

• Decide mode: POST /v1/route_decisions from masked metadata, POST /v1/outcomes and GET /v1/routing_snapshot, with maskAccount in the SDK and @unirail/executor for calling providers from your own backend.
• Deals: provider contracts in the dashboard, versioned, pricing routing decisions.
• Enable Banking covers the euro area only; it no longer claims the UK, which its markets page doesn't list.
